Mrs. McGuire is a dynamic and results-driven business leader with over 20 years of experience in the business management function. Before joining CMSD, she held roles in retail management, where she led transformative projects that significantly improved operational performance and customer satisfaction. Mrs. McGuire has extensive experience in analysis and strategic planning. She has been able to bring her craft with process improvement and integration, rate development, forecasting, metrics, and financial and government accounting to ensure CMSD meets performance goals and initiatives.

Mrs. McGuire’s commitment to continuous learning is a testament to her adaptability and growth mindset. Her educational background, which includes a bachelor’s degree in business administration management and a master’s in Managerial Accounting, is complemented by her exploration of internal auditing and courses with FAR principles and JAMIS accounting software.
