Trevor Jones is the Director of Contracts and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), bringing our organization over 15 years of dedicated service and expertise. Mr. Jones oversees contracts and EHS, including proposals and facilities; he is also responsible for the organization’s emergency response capabilities, providing a safe and clean environment for all employees, customers, and visitors.

Mr. Jones’s comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance and emergency response makes him an indispensable asset to our executive team. He drives continual improvement of our strategic initiatives while fostering a healthy and safe work environment.

Mr. Jones’s career with us began as an EHS Coordinator, where he immediately demonstrated a steadfast commitment to compliance and innovation. His dedication to these principles has been a constant throughout his career, leading to a series of advancements in EHS, Security, and Facilities. His unique blend of extraordinary abilities, including innovation, communication, organization, and leadership, has been built around a foundation of resiliency.

Mr. Jones’s academic and professional experiences and achievements attest to his commitment and prowess. He holds a degree in fire science and advanced certificates at the state and national levels in emergency response, with a license to practice emergency medicine. Having received the model of excellence awarded from a Fortune 500 company, he has faithfully demonstrated exceptional strategic vision and alignment.

Mr. Jones’s expertise spans across multiple critical business functions, where he has successfully developed the organization’s blended operations space. His ability to forecast the shifting landscape has allowed him to develop first-in-class concepts that are recognized as the standard in the Ship Repair Industry. He is committed to the mission of the San Diego Working Waterfront Group and serves on the board of Directors for the San Diego Working Waterfront Group. He is also a founder of the Security Committee for the Port of San Diego Ship Repair Association, leading the industry’s effort to comply with the cyber security maturity model framework.
