Bob Heger serves as the Vice President of Programs at CMSD, a leading government contractor specializing in comprehensive ship repair, maintenance, and modernization services. With almost 35 years of experience in the maritime and defense industries, Mr. Heger brings expertise and a proven track record of successful project management and strategic execution. In his role, Mr. Heger oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of all major programs, ensuring they meet the stringent quality standards and timelines required by government contracts. His leadership has been instrumental in the successful completion of numerous high-profile projects, including the refurbishment of naval vessels and the implementation of innovative repair technologies.

Before joining CMSD, Mr. Heger held several critical positions in the industry, including Production Management at General Dynamics NASSCO, where he led multi-million-dollar projects for the U.S. Navy. His extensive background also includes planning and program management roles, giving him a comprehensive understanding of ship repair’s technical and logistical challenges.
